Terms of Service

By accessing loopful.ai or signing up for early access, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or services.

Loopful provides two products:

• Loopful Schema: a service that injects precision structured data (schema.org markup) into your website pages to improve AI and search engine visibility.
• Loopful Convert: a page testing layer that optimises your pages for visitor conversion.

The service is currently in pre-launch / early access stage. Features described on the website represent our intended roadmap and may change before general availability.

Signing up for early access does not constitute a binding contract for the provision of any specific service level or feature set. Early access participants may receive invitations to beta programmes at our discretion. We reserve the right to modify, delay, or discontinue any planned feature without notice.

Founding pricing: Where “founding rates” or “locked pricing” are advertised, such rates apply only from the date of your first paid subscription and remain in effect for the lifetime of that active, paid account. Rates do not carry over if a subscription lapses, is cancelled and restarted, or is transferred. Advertised founding prices are indicative and subject to change until a subscription is confirmed.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for unlawful purposes or in violation of any regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or infrastructure
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Scrape, crawl, or automate access to our website beyond normal browser use
• Use the service to inject deceptive or manipulative structured data onto third-party sites without authorisation from those sites

All content on loopful.ai, including the Loopful name, logo, copy, and software, is owned by or licensed to Loopful. Nothing in these terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.

You retain ownership of all content and data from your own website. By using Loopful Schema, you grant us a limited licence to read and inject structured data markup into your pages for the purpose of delivering the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Loopful shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or loss of search rankings.

Our total aggregate liability for direct damages shall not exceed the lesser of (a) €100 or (b) the total amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will meet your specific requirements, be uninterrupted, or be error-free. Results in search rankings or AI visibility depend on factors outside our control.

These terms are governed by the laws of Austria (Republic of Austria). Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Austria, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will note the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
